The power of ritual
I like evenings. It’s my favourite part of the day. I am in my room, alone. The day with it’s problems and obligations is over. So, now I have a few hours for myself. I spend most of my free time on a coach with my lap-top. I like it, because it gives lots of apartuneties. First of all: the access to the internet. I like surfing the internet, reading news and blogs, adding my comments into it. These are activities, I can spend hours on. But before I go to bed, I usually watch a movie or a tv show like House M.D. or Desperate Housewives. After that I go to sleep in a good mood.
